Tennis General Information

The Tennis Center has 5 lighted outdoor hard courts. Phase II will have an additional 4 courts outdoor lighted for a total of 9 courts. Complete lesson and junior development programs are available to the Members.

RESERVATIONS

Court reservations may be made up to three days in advance by calling the Tennis Shop. Although the Club is closed on Mondays , reservations may be made for Monday play. Courts may be reserved for 1-1/2 hours.  There is a limit of 2 courts per Member; please call for reservations. If you have made a court reservation and are not able to play, please call the Tennis Shop and cancel as soon as possible. Court Reservation Line 830.336.4660.

GUESTS
 All guests are welcome and must be accompanied by a Member and register in the Tennis Shop prior to play. Guest fees are $10 per guest on weekdays and $12 per guest on weekends and holidays. These fees must be charged to a Member's account.

CONDUCT
Courtesy and consideration should be observed at all times. Foul language and unsportsmanlike conduct are forbidden. Children are expected not to disturb or disrupt play. No more than four people are allowed on a court at one time, unless supervised by a Pro. No toddlers or infants are allowed on court during play.

DRESS
Proper tennis attire is to be worn at all times. Tennis shoes and shirts are necessary at all times; no dark-soled jogging shoes are allowed on the courts. Cutoffs, golf shoes and swim suits are not acceptable. Men shall be required to wear shirts with sleeves.

LESSON RATES
The Professional Staff offers a variety of adult and junior lesson programs from the beginner to championship levels. In addition, we offer private and group sessions. Our private lesson rates are as follows:

$33 semi-private

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
For same day cancellations: if a tennis lesson is scheduled and a cancellation is made on the day of the lesson, or there is a no-show, the Member will be billed 50% of the lesson fee.

DEMO RACQUETS
Demo racquets are available at the Club. Take advantage of playing with our demos in order to test the racquets before you make a decision on a purchase. Juniors under the age of 14 may use demo racquets during a lesson with Pro's permission or with parental supervision.

BALL MACHINE USE
The ball machine can be rented on an hourly basis. For those players enthusiastic about practicing on the ball machine, a Ball Machine Club is available. Reservations may be made one week in advance. Our rates are as follows:
1 Hour ~ $10
1 Month ~ $25
1 Year ~ $150 (family)
