1. All Members shall register guest(s) at the sign-in desk before commencing swimming. Members are responsible for the appropriate charges incurred by their guest(s).
a. Pool Guest Fee: $5 per person
b. Guest Fee exemptions include:
1. Grandchildren of members under the age of 21.
2. Children 4 years of age and younger.
2. There will be no swimming outside the posted pool hours.
3. Children who are under twelve (12) years of age must always be accompanied by a responsible adult: 18 +.
4. During hours when the pool is staffed by lifeguards, minors 13-17 years of age may only be unaccompanied by an adult after successfully completing a swim test by demonstrating the ability to swim the width of the lap pool.
5. No pets or animals will be allowed on the pool grounds.
6. Club staff has the authority to restrict the use of the pool to anyone for misconduct. Parents will be notified of such misconduct. The Pool Manager is given full authority to enforce all rules.
7. The Wading Pool is for the use of pre-school children only, ages five and under, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the Wading Pool.
8. Anyone who is ill, has been recently injured, has a skin disease, or other infections may not enter the pool.
9. ABSOLUTELY no bottles or glass shall be permitted in the vicinity of any pool at any time.
10. Members are not allowed to bring food and beverage into any pool. Coolers and ice chests are prohibited.
11. Roughhousing, running, dunking, popping of towels, or conduct endangering the safety of others is strictly prohibited.
12. The Vista Pool area is limited to ADULTS only, and children 17 years of age and under are not allowed to use the Vista Pool, except for special events as designated by the Pool Manager.
13. Diving from the side of any pool is prohibited.
14. No swimming under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
15. If a child has an accident in the pool, please contact Club staff immediately.
16. During times when NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY, children 17 and younger must ALWAYS be accompanied by a responsible adult: 18 +.
Dress Code
1. Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times. The following are NOT acceptable as swimming attire: Cut offs, gym shorts or walking shorts.
2. Swim diapers with plastic pants are required for babies.
Slide Rules
1. You must be at least 42" tall or able to swim to steps unassisted to ride the slide.
2. Please enter the slide in a sitting position.
3. No adults are allowed to catch children exiting slide.
4. No swimming in slide pool while in use.
5. You must ride feet first, lying flat on your back.
6. Arms and hands must remain inside the flume at all times.
7. Stopping on the slide is not permitted.
8. Only one rider at a time.
9. Swimwear with zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal is not permitted.
10. Leave the slide pool quickly at designated exit.
