Ann-Kristin's Biography Ann-Kristin states, “Being a Physical Fitness Specialist has been a very rewarding experience where I feel I have learned so much and appreciate the amazing clients I have been blessed with. Every single one of them has been a joy to learn to know. The personal relationship and respect is what makes the measurable result. The goal for me is to support what the client feels they need, to ensure proper form and execution of the exercises, to be respectful of how the client feels each time we meet and quickly adjust the ‘program' to their needs. Each session is different, since most of us feel different day to day. It is my job to ensure the clients get a great workout at all times. It is all about them and I appreciate the opportunity to be their partner in a healthy lifestyle. I am all about providing a joyful experience, and therefore listen carefully to client’s likes/dislikes.”

The most televised personal trainer in San Antonio is ready to extend his knowledge to help The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch Members reach their fitness goals!
Michael Reyes will be sharing his fitness mental muscle with you that comes from working with professional athletes, high school athletes, military, and San Antonio's finest SAPD and SAFD. As a former professional baseball player, former Director of 911 Fitness Challenge for South Texas, and current baseball/softball instructor and personal trainer; you will be getting some of the latest advice and current trends that are for everyone no matter what your fitness level.
Michael is an experienced personal trainer of 10 years and has over 20 years of personal trials of fitness that include high school to pro sports. If you are looking to become a better athlete, run your first 5k, Half, or Full Marathon, improve your golf or tennis game, lose body fat or put on muscle, from the high intensity junkie to the casual walker, Michael has advice and knowledge that will benefit you.
