Kid's Camp

The Kid's Camp is a fun and safe child care environment for members to use while utilizing The Club.  From books, games, arts and crafts, and movies, there is something for every child.  Not only will children be cared for by our qualified staff, the Kid's Camp is also a place of social interaction and learning. 

Please Note:
**Parents must be utilizing The Club while their child is in Kid's Camp; you must 
    remain on property. 
**The maximum amount of time a child can remain in Kid's Camp is 4.5 hours. (a $30 fee   will be charged to the membership account if time limit is exceeded.)

HOURS OF OPERATION
Tuesday: 5pm - 9pm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 12pm / 5pm - 9pm
Thursday: 5pm - 9pm
Friday: 8:30am - 12pm / 5pm - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 9pm
Sunday: Closed
Monday: Closed

PRICING
Hourly: $6 per child
               $3 for each additional child
Monthly Program (unlimited usage): $100 – First Child 
                                                                   $50 – Any Additional Children
AGES
Minimum of 18 months old

REGISTRATION
All children participating in the Kid's Camp must have a Registration Form, Activity Release and signed Policies and Procedures document on file. 

ARRIVAL/RELEASE OF CHILDREN
Only parents, grandparents or legal guardians may drop off or pick up children from Kid’s Camp.

When a child is dropped off at Kid’s Camp, the parent or legal guardian must sign the child in along with the location they can be found, a phone number they can be reached at, and the time at which the child was dropped off.

FACILITY USE
Parents must remain on Club Property (tennis courts, dining room, Fitness Center, etc.) while their children are in Kid’s Camp.  Parents are not permitted to drop their children off and then leave the premises or have the Club’s staff bring their children to Kid’s Camp to be picked up at a later time.

AFTER HOURS POLICY
If members are more than 10 minutes late in picking up their children at the time of closing, a $30 fee will be charged.  Arrangements can be made upon drop off if it is absolutely necessary for children to stay in Kid’s Camp past posted hours.    The Kid’s Camp Staff will gladly bring your child to you (walking distance from Kid’s Camp) at the time of closing if you let them know in advance/call to do so and if there are no other children in Kid’s Camp.
