*Note: No one under the age of 14 is allowed in the Fitness Center.
ACCESS KEY CARDS To provide Sunday evening and Monday access, key cards will be necessary to enter the facility. Two cards will be issued to each family. Additional or replacement cards may be purchased for $5. To receive a Fitness Center key card, please contact Lindsey Minarcik at lminarcik@cordilleraranch.com or 830.336.9000 ext 241 members must sign a waiver and copy of the policies. Key cards may be picked up at the Fitness Center or from the Receptionist Desk with prior arrangements. Members must fill out an Activity Release to gain access to the center.
GUEST FEES
A clipboard has been provided at the Fitness Center entry. Please sign yourself in as well as your guest. A $5 guest charge will appear on your account.
FITNESS CENTER RULES
- All members and guests must sign in.
- A guest fee of $5 will be charged for any guest use of the Fitness Center. The member account will be billed.
- Any member or guest with health or physical problems should consult their physician before using any of the fitness equipment.
- It is the responsibility of all persons using the Fitness Center to consult with their physician. Such persons should be in good physical condition and have no physical, medical, or psychological conditions, disabilities, impairments or ailments, chronic or otherwise, which would preclude, impair, or prevent them from using the fitness equipment, or engaging in active or passive exercise.
- Pregnant women should follow their physicians recommendations when attempting to exercise.
- Members assume full risk of loss and responsibility for any injury or damage to their health.
- It is the responsibility of all persons to obtain instruction on how to use the equipment prior to using such equipment. The equipment is only to be used in accordance with such instructions.
- All weights and pieces of equipment must be returned to their proper places after use.
- Casual workout attire is acceptable at the Fitness Center. Tee shirts, gym shorts, or warm-up pants are appropriate for men and leotards, tights, tee shirts, gym shorts, or warm-up pants are appropriate for women. No black-soled (other than running type) shoes are permitted in the Fitness Center. Only cross trainer or court shoes may be worn. Closed toe shoes must be worn when using the fitness equipment.
- No clothing or personal items may be stored in the Fitness Center.
- Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are prohibited at the Fitness Center. No food or drink, except water, may be brought into the premises.
- Children fourteen - fifteen years of age may use the Fitness Center with parental guidance, not children younger than fourteen years may use the Fitness Center.
- Horseplay, profanity, disruptive conduct and indiscreet behavior at the Fitness Center is strictly prohibited.
- Stereo, television, and other personal electronic devices should not be turned up. To listen to the television, you must bring your own headset to plug into the cardio equipment.
- If other members are waiting to use cardio-equipment, the maximum length of time allowed on a treadmill, climber, elliptical trainer, or recumbent/standard bike is 30 minutes.
- Please wipe down your equipment after each use with the antibacterial wipes provided.
- Complimentary towels are available inside the Fitness Center. Members should leave used towels in the dirty towel baskets when they finish working out. Please do NOT take towels home.
PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Fitness Trainers are available at the Fitness Center

All members must use Club personal trainers at the Fitness Center. No outside trainers are permitted!

Members who violate the above rule will be charged the full session fee of $65 per incident.

Personal trainers may not use the fitness room to train individuals who are not members of the Club and may not use the club facilities for their own personal use except to market their service.

Personal Trainers are contract employees and their schedule is designed by them and not by the club.

All fees incurred by members for personal training services will be charged through the club to individual member accounts.

Personal Training fees apply both on and off club property.
