Annual Cart Pass Program

The Annual Cart Pass Program was developed to give members who utilize the course often the option of paying a one time annual fee for using the Club’s golf cart fleet.  Program benefits include convenience, value and no up front costs of purchasing and maintaining a private golf cart.  It is available to all Full Golf and Limited Golf members.  Both   Family   Cart   Pass and   Individual   Cart   Pass programs are available to choose from.  Specific guidelines, price and details of each program are listed below:

Family Cart Pass - Each member on the membership plan and any dependents with a valid driver’s license will be eligible to use a golf cart for any round of golf played at the Club.  Any guest or fellow member that decides to ride share with the member on the annual agreement will be charged the regular cart fee.  There is no limit to frequency or usage on this plan.  This is a great plan for a husband and wife who both play and even better if they have children between the ages of 16 and 23 who play regularly.

Price: $2,750                             

Individual Cart Pass - One individual member on the membership plan will be eligible to use a golf cart for any round of golf played at the Club.  Any guest or member that decides to ride share with the member on the annual agreement will be charged a regular cart fee.  There is no limit to frequency or usage on this plan.  This is a great plan for individual golfers who average more than 2 rounds per week.

Price: $2,000      

Private Cart Pass – Property owners in The Clubs Village that have a golf membership and have purchased a cart through the Club.  Each member on the membership plan and any dependents with a valid driver’s license will be eligible to use the private golf cart for any round of golf played at the Club.  Any guest or fellow member that decides to ride share with the member on the annual agreement will be charged a regular cart fee.

Price: $1,500

For members not interested in the Annual Cart Pass program, cart fees are currently $18 per golfer for 18 holes and $9.00 per golfer for 9 holes in 2012.  The Annual Cart Pass program runs from January 2, 2012 through December 31, 2012.  Please contact the Golf Shop at 830.336.4653 to sign-up or if you have any questions.
